Keep tension between 35% and 65%. Select a tumbler: the binding one gives a firm click. Hold Lift (or Space) to raise it, then release while its tip is inside the mint window. Set pins stay raised. Wrong pins spring back; too little tension drops progress and too much adds stress. At 100% stress the mechanism slips. Set all pins and press Turn dial before time expires.
Each new mechanism changes binding order and window heights. Harder locks add pins and moving windows. Use number keys to select pins, arrows to adjust tension.
